Hi Tarek,

I understand your enthusiasm to complete this work.

But I am a little surprised at this last call.

I did a review of -04 on April 21st.

-05 was posted on May 1st but it was only a keep-alive, and no changes were
made to the text.

There has been some traffic on the list with reviews from others and Jags
agreeing to make some changes. But other issues remain open and unresolved.

If we are last calling -05, then my answer has to be, "No, not ready."

If we are last calling -05 and the set of promised changes, then surely it
would be easier to review if -06 was posted with those changes. But even
then, my answer is, "No, not ready," because of the open unresolved issues.

Cheers,

Adrian
