Eric,

Just FYI I have already started last week to review and discuss with
openconfig team this topic. So Thank You for advice but it came a bit too
late :)

As to the core of the issue .. looking strictly technical I am really not
clear why there is so much resistance to add NO_SWAP/CONTINUE primitive to
3031bis .... would it break anything ?
