Nagendra,

This is a good job. To the best of my recollection this was the last remaining update that did not require discussion with the WG.

My guess (FWIW) is that the draft is  ripe for adoption so that the WG can start handling the updates that really require in-depth discussion as all the "easy" parts have been already cleared by the authors.
