The updated version is posted which mostly addressed Adrian's comments. The main updates include:


Changed terminology of "Deterministic Latancy"


Added considerations for DLNA with only MNA


Aligned with the latest MNA LSE format


Added ancillary data design, etc.

Abstract:
 
   This document specifies formats and principles for the MPLS Network
   Action for Deterministic Latency to provide guaranteed latency
   services.  They are used to make scheduling decisions for time-
   sensitive services running on Deterministic Network (DetNet) nodes
   that operate within a single or multiple domains.
