While there is some debate about possible use cases, I have not seen 
anything like WG agreement (nor a chair statement of WG agreement) that 
there is a need for post-stack data.  Absent such agreement, adoption of 
a post-stack data solution draft seems premature.

PS: Yes, I know there is a debate about how to do iOAM DEX.  But that is
