Working Groups, Open Design Team,

Discussion in and around the MPLS Open DT has identified the need
to document existing extensions to the MPLS data plane, e.g the
Entropy Label and the Extension Label. Cases that use two labels
to convey a single common message.

It is also envisaged that the outcome of the work in the MPLS Open
DT will result in similar architectural extensions.

The co-chair for the working groups hosting the Open MPLS DT has
decided to ask Jie Dong and Stewart Bryant to work as editors for
   this document.

When this document was discussed in the DT there were quite a
bit of interest to work on this document, it is therefore expected
that that the editors will invite to open meetings to discuss
this document, alternatively request slots at the DT meeting or
that entire DT meetings are dedicated to such discussion.

/Loa
for the MPLS Open DT co-chairs
