Working Group,

We had Nobo's reply to the IPR poll quite soon after starting the
wglc. The text should now say:

"All the authors and contributors have stated on the working group
  mailing list that they are not aware of any other IPRs than what
  has already been disclosed that relates to this draft."

The wglc will be closed March 08, 2016.
