Hi, SM:

This line of argumentation is unhelpful. The problem we're
trying to solve with respect to venue selection is to establish
policies that define conditions that can or should be met
that allow IETF participants to travel to meetings
without consistently placing undue burdens on some subset.
My sense is that we're close to agreement on what's currently
in the process draft. If there's a problem with the language
in that document, now's the time to provide feedback and
propose text.
