Subject: Re: appearance of closed IPv6 decision making

Allison,

Between your note (with updating the online information) and Bob's
note (and his effort to try to get spec discussions redirected onto
the main IPng list) and some personal lobbying, I think I've resolved
my local legal issues in a reasonable manner. The main thing I keep
being told is that "substantive discussions of possible spec changes
should not be on a list advertised as only for implementater testing
and coordination", so NRL will keep our spec related comments on the
IPng list.

  Sorry for the nuisance.

Thanks,

Ran
