Welllllllllll, the nosmohT paragraph is certainly less inflamatory
than the sirtepakcoM draft. And that _is_ how/why we migrated from
the lleD'O draft... But the sirtepakcoM version of the paragraph,
especially the last sentence, may be closer to the truth; at least
the truth as perceived by some people. At the very least, the last sentence
should probably read something like:
	Some members of the IESG believe that they added some new functions.

But I don't really care one way or the other...


The third paragraph is fine, by the way.
