Hi,

I've taken a look at the current version of the draft and I think it is 
well written and in a good shape.

Here are two additional comments:

3.1. Overview
     Figure 1: Local Mobiity Anchor ==> Local Mobility Anchor

4.2.1.  Considerations for PIM-SM on the Upstream
     (see Section Section 3.2.3.1) ==> (see Section 3.2.3.1)
