Hi,
Sorry for my slow response. I have read the updated draft and I think
the draft addressed many of comments I made. Thank you so much!
My very small remaining comment on the draft is I prefer to put "M_"
state for the state of mptcp in Section 3.6.

I personally don't have more comments on the draft, but if someone
(especially who have real deployment experiences) has some comments,
please share.
