We're gradually uploading slides to https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/98/session/mptcp (Costin, Olivier - please send your slides by the end of today, thanks)
For the proxy discussion we're going to concentrate on the scenario where there's two proxies - one at the home gateway /CPE and one in the network - and where the network proxy is not on the default path.
Med & the authors of the plain mode draft have done some nice slides on the other scenarios & other issues we won't have time to get to - especially the pictures are easier than the asci art in the internet drafts - https://www.ietf.org/proceedings/98/slides/slides-98-mptcp-sessa-network-assisted-mptcp-02.pdf
