Sorry for my late reply.

Yes, as Yiu said, we're working with operators on the transition of services
to IPv6, IPTV is an important one including mulicast based Broadcasting
delivery. while we found there are some problems different from those of the
unicast cases, which have been brought up in the Problem Statment document.
