Folks -

I really encourage putting forward position papers if you are working on
this area.

The IAB is asking for input — independently of the standards process. For
some folks, the standards process might be working really well for solving
your operational issues; for others, it might not be working.

Whichever set you’re in, if you expect the standards process to be mutated
to meet the requirements of practitioners, the you should expect to express
what your needs are. A good thing about this kind of engagement is it
doesn’t say what the _solution_ is, just what the requirements are.
