What's worse is that the pattern "urn:ietf:capability:https-notif-receiver:*" above is actually not matching strings like

urn:ietf:capability:https-notif-receiver:encoding:json

since YANG patterns are regexes, and not filename globbings. The pattern above only matches the urn string followed by zero or more colon characters.
