Dear NETCONF WG,

We just published a new iteration of UDP-notif draft addressing feedback received from the ML and the last WG meeting.

Changes:
- We replaced observation-domain-id for message-publisher-id to avoid confusion with IPFIX
- We clarified the version number definition
- We clarified the Message length definition
- Other editorial changes

I will externalise the generic YANG module for UDP clients in the next iteration.

Cheers,
Alex
