Yes, support.

As was (I believe) already pointed out at the IETF99 session, it tries to address a problem
that was also presented here:
https://www.ietf.org/proceedings/98/slides/slides-98-nmrg-self-driving-networks-00.pdf

So this work seems good to be done here. I believe that the authors of both the IETF98 and IETF99
presentations have already agreed they would work together on this issue too.
