Hi Francesca  and Mahesh,

Sorry for the long delay. I had to focus on other issues for awhile.

I have updated the http-client-server document per the discussion we had with Darrel and Lars at IETF 121.   Per request, the “protocol-versions” node is no longer a “leaf” of type “bits”.  It is now a “container" having “min” and “max” leafs to specify a range.

Will this be sufficient to clear the DISCUSS?
