Dear NETCONF WG,

I would like to introduce the new version of draft 'Augmented-by Addition into the ietf-yang-library'. Please find the draft diff using link: https://author-tools.ietf.org/diff?url_1=https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-lincla-netconf-yang-library-augmentation-01.txt&url_2=https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-lincla-netconf-yang-library-augmentedby-00.txt. Since there is a new draft name, the diff is not automatically available.

Main changes are following:

 	- Add explanation in the use case section: Limit the scope of data mesh use case within the configured subscription, so as to align with draft-ietf-nmop-yang-message-broker-integration
 	- Updating Implementation status
 	- Editorial changes

Following the last discussion during IETF119 NETCONF meeting, the proposed questions and answers are as follow:
Q: Whether or not to augment the deprecated container 'modules-state'
A: Yes but put in the appendix.

Q: Whether to put module-set as a key, too?
A: Do not worth much. Augmenting module in different module set might introduce problem.

There is also the discussion of doing a RFC8525 bis draft on going.

Looking forward to your feedback and comments.

Regards,

Zhuoyao, Benoit & Nacio
