Review result: Almost Ready

This document defines extensions to the NETCONF protocol that are necessary for
supporting the pagination mechanism specified in
draft-ietf-netconf-list-pagination. Therefore, all my comments and objections
expressed in my YD review of the latter Internet-Draft also apply here.

Otherwise, the NETCONF implementation is relatively straightforward. I think it
would be opportune to also define a NETCONF capability indicating support for
pagination. Although it is redundant, it might be useful for NETCONF clients to
learn about this capability upfront - perhaps already for receiving paginated
YANG Library.
