[netconf] draft-ietf-netconf-privcand private candidate | <resolution-mode> in <commit>

Quoting 4.7.2.11:

"The <commit> operation MUST trigger an implicit <update> operation immediately before copying the private candidate configuration into the running configuration."



However, the <commit> operation does not accept any parameter, while the <update> does: <resolution-mode>. How could one do a <commit> with a resolution-mode of ignore or overwrite for the implicit <update>? Shouldn't the <commit> operation accept the exact same parameter of <resolution-mode> as the update?



A imperfect solution would be that the client issue a <update> operation with the chosen <resolution-mode> right before the <commit>, but the running configuration could potentially be modified between the first <update> and the <operation>.



Should the update's <resolution-mode> be added to the <commit> too?
