I wrote here [1] that the RPCs are in SN (not netconf-notif), so I
don't believe that Martin's assertion doesn't hold here.

Can you help me with this?  I see the config false nodes in the SN
draft, but none of them relate to the identity (which I still have
an issue with) defined in the NN draft...
