This update primarily addresses the issues raised in the thread titled
"a couple zerotouch-21 issues".

Also, when moving the example module to the Appendix, I updated it to 
import (by revision) the latest trust-anchors and keystore drafts.

Lastly, I modified the description of some nodes in the other YANG modules
to more closely emulate what is in draft-ietf-netconf-crypto-types.
