Hello: I am sorry that I could not follow through with what we discussed in Boston and could not come to the meeting in Washington D.C.. I want to give my thanks to Scott for hosting the meeting at Washington D.C.. After a three and half month maternity leave, I am back to work. I am still not able to travel yet; therefore, I cannot be at Ohio in March. I have updated the drafts based on our discussion at Boston. Mainly I changed format of the control blocks which are not limited to 8 characters, and also tried my best to make it non-IBMish as some of our members pointed out. I hope that we will start our discussion here and make the changes as our discussion. We will meet in July. Thank you. Sincerely, Daisy Shen
