[Netext] next steps for netext

Hi all,

At least, this thread shows that there is a lot of interest for Inter-technology handover and IP flow mobility with PMIP :-) My understanding is that some interesting solutions are suggested (e.g. virtual interface) but compliance with NetLMM basics needs clarification. So I definitely agree with Telemaco; in a first step, a document giving an overview of solutions and assessing host involvement, if any, would help.
