Body: Abstract: This liaison provides a response to the Broadband Forum liaison related to Management at Scale.

ITU-T Q14/15 thanks the Broadband Forum for the coordination and collaboration and the analysis related to the issues of using YANG at scale. Q14/15 has reviewed your presentation and agrees that the issues are broader than access or optical technologies. Q14/15 also agrees that the center of competence for the YANG scalability issue is in the IETF.
