I ran the test. It is at:

https://github.com/anima-wg/voucher/tree/voucher-D-test

in the sub-directory "augment", with the script, "test1.sh"

I wrote ietf-voucher-D.yang, importing both
ietf-voucher-request-constrained@2021-04-15.yang and
ietf-voucher-request-prm@2022-07-05.yang
which both import from ietf-voucher@2018-04-24.yang.

Probably I have made an import error, but maybe there is some other things
going on. Probably I should post an issue on the pyang tracker.

     +--rw proximity-registrar-cert? binary
     +--rw prior-signed-voucher-request? binary

So I got the entries and the augment from ietf-voucher-request-constrained,
but not those from ietf-voucher-request-prm!
