Hi,

support starting this work.
The draft avoids discussion of any useful operations based on tags.
Setting and clearing tags is fine, but what about <get-data>?
What about NACM rules based on tags?
If protocol operations using tags are out of scope, then the draft should
say that.

(And don't forget NMDA compliance ;-)
