Thanks for the work done in the document. Nevertheless some non-blocking
comments:

In `The name of the files SHOULD be of the form` the SHOULD has no guidance
required per
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/statement-iesg-statement-on-clarifying-the-use-of-bcp-14-key-words/

This also contradicts (apparently) the later sentence `then a file name that
use the YANG semantic version MUST be created`.

It is also unclear whether TWO files are to be created?
