I think maybe the IETF is moving towards the XML being the definitive
version of drafts and RFCs. But, it is never going to be the case that
people go to the XML to read a document. They will pick HTML or text or PDF.


So the reader will see folded lines. And the reader needs to know what a
folded line means and how to map it to reality.
