This version of the drafts addresses the remaining comments we received on the document. In particular, this version of the draft adds support for configuring ACLs under and interface, adds an ability to support statistics under that interface and under ACE, and changed forwarding actions from a choice to an identity to enable implementations to add their own.

At this time, we believe the document is ready for LC.
