   This document describes the use of Hierarchical Host Identity Tags
   (HHITs) as a self-asserting and thereby trustable Identifier for use
   as the UAS Remote ID.  HHITs include explicit hierarchy to provide
   Registrar discovery for 3rd-party ID attestation.
