The RFC-editor can do it, or the authors can make the changes to the source file
and then send it to the RFC-editor. Its up to the authors if you want them to do
the work and then check it, or do the work yourself.

So the Errata is on RFC 5661 and that will always exist. The plan discussed
earlier was to have the RFC-editor copy all Errata for RFC5661 that still
applies to the sesqui RFC when it has been published. So this excersise reduces
the number of Errata that needs to be copied.
