Looks good but Flush is the most important operation so I suggest
placing it first:

   The WG will extend RDMA to enhance the Memory Placement operations
   such as Flush, Atomic Write and Validation using Integrity Signatures.

As for schedule, I'd suggest March-ish (8 months).
