Thank you for writing this document...

I am **so** no an NFS person, but I found the document a fascinating read, and
it sounds like it solves a real issue, in a reasonable fashion...

I especially liked S 4.1.  Implementation Experience, because I was wondering
if this has actually been implemented :-)
