As part of producing rfc5661bis-03, I am trying to address the few errata reports that have not been dealt with yet. I would be able to apply your proposed text as-is with one unfortunate issue: Your replacement text "ndc_immediate, which SHOULD be ignored by the client." uses "SHOULD" in a way not consistent with RFC2119. As possible replacements, I would suggest the following alternatives: 1. "ndc_immediate, which is be ignored by the client." 2. "ndc_immediate, which should be ignored by the client." 3. "ndc_immediate, which is best ignored by the client." 4. "ndc_immediate, which has no effect on the actions to be performed by the client. Please let me know your preference in the next few days so this can make it into -03. This leaves three errata, two of which have the status REJECTED, to discuss at the 4/9 interim.
