Hi Jürgen,

Your comment was (pre-)echoed earlier today by Randy Presuhn, but we didn't 
have time to discuss that before our self-imposed deadline of sending it to 
NGO and I didn't feel like I could make the change without discussion.

He suggested "all basic types that can be represented in SMIv2 must be 
expressible in YANG." as an alternative.

In your view, would that be better?
