Hi, all,

We had our very first meeting back in Yokohama. It showed the great interests in network machine learning. In the future, next several months, we are going to have more meetings. Not only meet in the IETF, but also may combine with academic conferences. And the future meetings may focus on certain themes rather than wide scope.

To efficiently organize our future meetings, we are call for volunteers to form a NMLRG organizing team. The commitment of organizing team is minimum, mostly discuss future meeting places, time and themes by emails. The volunteer should already involved in research that applies machine learning in network domain. The member of organizing team have no obligation to attend all future meetings, but should consider at least once a year, also IETF meeting once a year (they could be combined). The member of organizing team would have the priority to suggest their preferred meeting places, academic conferences, time and themes. If they would like to make presentations in the meetings, they would have the priority for agenda allocation.

Volunteers please contact Brian Carpenter and I by email and briefly introduce your involvement in research that applies machine learning in network domain.

Best regards,

Sheng
