Hi, all, We are planning to hold the first meeting in IETF 94, Yokohama. We are supposed to request the meeting time slot by September 18th, See below. 2015-09-18 (Friday): Cut-off date for requests to schedule Working Group meetings For now, the primary plan is to request a two hour session. In order to adjust the session length the best, we would like people who may want to make a presentation response to us (either private to me or publicly) before September 16th (next Wednesday). This is not an official request agenda yet, but people who response might get priority in time allocation. Also, participants are encouraged to inform me their conflict WGs. We would try our best to avoid them so that the participants could be able to attend the RG meeting. Presenters would also have priority in this arrangement too. Presenters/Participants from both university environments and industrial research and development organizations are all welcome. Best regards, Sheng
