I am referring to whatever the revised RFC 977.  I don't know what it is
properly called, so I made up a name.

I'm primarily interested in reading or hearing the discussions regarding RFC
977 made by people who have the power to make the changes, and not
discussions by others.  Is this the proper list to find such discussion?
