NPA.PS has problems, don't get it yet

Subject: NPA.PS has problems, don't get it yet

The NPA spec PS source seems to be corrupted. It gets to page 8-18 and
dies. Hand editing the source allows for printing to restart at page
8-23. 

Don, can you check your copy? 

In the meantime, be aware that the file expands to a 3.3 Megabyte PS file
which takes more than 50 minutes to print on an HP IIISi.
