Does anyone have the new NPA spec online for us to see?

It'd probably be worthwhile seeing what the NPA proposes as `useful' device
information. One could probably infer that manufacturers supporting NPA will
probably stick with the design across all their future devices. Therefore we'll be
supporting it sooner or later.
