Hi, I would like to clarify a few thing. Any off-path or partly-decouple work would need to be chartered. My impression of the Dallas discussion was that people are not yet on the same page on what is needed in the larger scale. I know that there where views that Partly-Decoupled work was ready for adoption. But is this really the right way and how does it fit together with other proposals? So please continue discussing the topic and try to reach some consensus on that. While this is ongoing the NSIS WG still has some tasks to finish.
