I don’t like the attack vector implied here.

If I don’t like a chair, I find a patent she is on and submit an “IPR declaration” to a random, but at least superficially plausible RFC.

(It is clear that the specific matter in this issue needs to be handled by her co-chair.
If there is any matter here to be handled in a chairly fashion, which I’m not sure of.)
