Dear authors, all,

I gave a look at the new 07 version and still found several small issues. They are listed in the joint document.
Nothing really serious, but a new version that clarifies them all is needed.

Since we’ll all be at Singapore, I suggest we take time together to revise it and prepare a new version.

Cheers,

  Vincent
