The NWCRG RG has placed draft-kuhn-coding-congestion-transport in state
Active RG Document (entered by Vincent Roca)

The document is available at
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-kuhn-coding-congestion-transport/

Comment:
RG Adoption pool during IETF106, after many discussions. General feeling was
extremely positive. RG Adoption email sent to the list on Nov. 25th. asking
people who would object to reply. Nobody objected, and three people confirmed
interest whereas they were not asked to. This document was expected very
early (part of the milestones).
