The discussion about LOOPS (Localized Optimization of Path Segments) now seems to be taking off on the etosat@ietf.org list.  If you care about sub-path transport-like support without poking into the end-to-end transport protocols, this might be an interesting (low-volume) mailing list to join, even if you don’t care that much about satellites.  And while we try to focus this effort, it is probably best not to smear the discussion over to the other lists too much.  You can subscribe here:
