As listed in the doc, changes include:

   -07

   o  Replaced the "user_code" URI parameter optimization with
      verification_uri_complete following the IETF99 working group
      discussion.
   o  Added security consideration about spying.
   o  Required that device_code not be shown.
   o  Added text regarding a minimum polling interval.



I believe this draft resolves all outstanding issues, and that the document
is ready to re-start the WGLC.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the discussion at the IETF99
meeting in Prague, and on the list since then. We had some robust
discussions, and I feel like we've landed in a good place.
