Hi David,

a poll sounds like a good idea. But maybe it would be useful to start it 
when the final agenda is distributed to know when the actual working 
group meeting takes place.

According to http://www.ietf.org/meeting/cutoff-dates-2010.html#IETF78 
the final agenda will be available on the 2nd July.
